1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ScoutCY ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

2. What ScoutCY is

ScoutCY is an independent property aggregator. It collects and displays publicly available real estate listings from third-party marketplaces for reference purposes, and links back to each original listing. ScoutCY is not a real estate agent, broker, or listing platform. We do not represent sellers, landlords, or buyers.

2a. Source content and removal requests

Listing content remains the property of its originating marketplace and the listing owner. ScoutCY shows limited reference details and always links to the original. If you are a source platform or rights holder and wish your content not to appear here, contact hello@scoutcy.com and we will remove it promptly.

3. Accuracy of listing data

Listings displayed on ScoutCY originate from third-party sources. ScoutCY does not verify the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legality of any listing. Prices, descriptions, photos, and contact details may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify a listing directly with the source platform before taking any action.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOUTCY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Intellectual property

Listing data (titles, photos, descriptions, prices) remains the property of the originating source platform and the listing owner. ScoutCY does not claim ownership of third-party listing content. ScoutCY displays limited excerpts for reference and links to the original source for all content.

The ScoutCY brand, interface, and code are owned by ScoutCY and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Alert emails

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive property alert emails matching your saved search criteria. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will process your unsubscribe request within minutes.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to: scrape or systematically extract data; submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScoutCY and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on listing data obtained via the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed EUR 100.

8. Third-party links

The Service contains links to third-party websites. ScoutCY is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
